Workstation Side Navigation
Updating the main navigation for the Consultant Workstation to support the addition of top level navigation items. This was needed as Consultants, especially new Consultants, had difficulty finding critical tools, like Incentive, Contacts, and Reporting.

Training - Listening Center
The Scentsy Training team was implementing a podcast-like training service for Consultants and needed a playback interface that supported it.

I lead a Focus Group during a company convention to gain a better understanding of the journey of a customer from prospective customer to prospective Consultant.
